He’s just as charming and humble in real life as he is on tv or his newsletter, and the other MOP priests I’ve met, as well as their lay coworkers, have all been terrific. Fr. Ho has a Jamaican musical troupe that performs concerts and musicals as fundraisers for the missions. Listening to them is just like being in heaven, I think, but my husband said it was dreadful trying to play guitar with them, because Fr. Ho writes many of the songs by inspiration, and he has no musical background. He’s even had popular hits on the radio in Jamaica.
