...I have studied the Shroud of Turin for years. I believe that it is real. So what?
I don't mean to be insulting, but what does it really matter?
- Is anyone (even a single person) going to be damned to Hell, because they didn't believe the shroud was authentic? No.
- Will anyone have their sins forgiven, because they believed in the shroud? No.
- Will anyone go to heaven, because they believed in the shourd? No.

It matters, because it is an astonishing anomaly and gives us tantalizing clues to the true nature of our reality ( souls/energetic forms/whatever you like)also backing up Jesus’s claims to the spiritual realm/Kingdom.

The shroud may or may not be authentic.
If it is, great. If it isn’t, oh well.
In any event, I know that my Redeemer lives!
