I’ve always been Baptist. I had thought of attending a Presbyterian church because of Dr. Kennedy at Coral Ridge in Fla. He sounds pretty spot on most of the time, but there is no way I could listen to a homo preacher, let alone one that thinks he is married to another man! Ewww!

It is no longer a church... it is a social organization.

There're Presbyterians, and PINOs. PCUSA is PINO. Unfortunatley the more orthodox bodies are much smaller than the old lefty mainline.

by legally marrying his male partner.

"And he said to me, “Son of man, do you see what they are doing, the great abominations that the house of Israel are committing here, to drive me far from my sanctuary? But you will see still greater abominations.”

D. James Kennedy was in the Presbyterian Church in America(PCA).

It’s a biblically orthodox denomination in no way connected to the PCUSA. Adherence to the inerrancy of the Bible is required of all PCA church officers.

We are members of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church, true Calvinists, and I can guarantee that Calvine would have kicked their butts out of the church. Although, he probably would not have used the word “butts”. ;-)

It was predestined to happen. Why, yes, so it was. Did you hear about the Calvinist who fell down the stairs? He got up and said, "I'm glad that's over with."

Coral Ridge got itself classified as a “hate organization” by the Southern Poverty Law Center because of its support for traditional marriage, which SPLC concluded was “homophobic” and hateful.

I was thinking about attending a local church but a little investigation revealed that it is a member of the Presbyterian Churches of the United States. No thanks!
