This belief is the same as Obama’s...many paths etc, which is anti Christian.
She’s been on this path for about 6 years.
Only through her and Obama is it possible to achieve true salvation.
Since God must be comprehended with spirit and heart, it is debatable whether Oprah would lose the debate using her secular brand of logic in an appeal to that secular segment of her audience.
That aside, Oprah has made it quite clear that she is an anti-Christian. Likewise, Obama's old interview with Cathleen Falsani shows quite clearly that he is, like Oprah, an anti-Christian too.

Oprah clearly senses that there is something missing in her life, something important which establishes meaning and purpose. And like all those whom God has not opened their eyes to truth she flitters from religion to mysticism to humanism to whatever the new pop psychology de jure may be, all in a fruitless search to find meaning. The answer is right in front of her face but although she has eyes she cannot see. It is a sad phenomena - to be pitied. “What profiteth a man to gain the whole world if in the process he loses his soul?”
Then, I'm sorry, Oprah has lost her only way to Salvation & Heaven. "Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved." -- Acts 4:12
Not much different than Pres. GW Bush, who has made several statements of belief like:
