Today, tonight, and tomorrow, Christians in the United States and around the world come together to not only celebrate, but remember the birth of Jesus Christ in the small town of Bethlehem. From that same Bethlehem where at the Church of the Nativity to Saint Christopher’s in East Hartford, CT, USA, and all other Christian places of worship in between will the Gospel of Saint Luke’s account the holy birth that will be read with sermons which will bring the message Christ to the world of 2010.
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, truly, those who believe in Jesus and the good news of the salvation that He offers,by not only His virgin birth, but His life,His teachings,His sufferings, saving death on the Cross, and His Resurrection, is where REAL HOPE AND CHANGE was born. This real hope and change is not like what the politicos we see all too often do, talk a good game, but fail to keep their promises. No, this REAL HOPE AND CHANGE that is offered in full at Christmas with the birth of the new-born infant Jesus will NEVER FAIL.
This holy day also is a reminder of the breath of God, coming from Heaven which rains down the blessings of His love for His creation by becoming one of us this very holy Christmas night in a simple manger cave in the with only,His mother, the Blessed Virgin Mary, Saint Joseph,of farm animals, the first witnesses to His birth.

To this day with so many in authority removing the creche there is still ‘no room at the inn’ for Jesus. He remains ever consistent, and finds a room forever in our hearts.
