Bishop Kicanas endorsed by Rainbow Sash Movement as next U.S. bishops’ head

“Bishop Kicanas understands that Bishops are privately changing their position because input is bubbling up from the pews of our parishes in support of such issues as Gay Marriage, and Pro Choice,” they wrote.

Though Kicanas has publicly supported the teaching of the Church on marriage, Rainbow Sash says they believe his views will “evolve.” In the meantime, though, the group believes that Kicanas is the perfect bishop to “be a reasonable public voice and face for the country’s Catholic bishops.”

Sorry Bishop. If you don't come out and flatly rebuke this coalition for what they are saying about your flimsy upholding of Catholic teaching, you should be unqualified to be President of USCCB and probably shouldn't have been ordained as a bishop to begin with.

The Jews implored Aaron to make them a golden calf to worship. Now that worked out well for them.

That's OK. God is not mocked and He is just now setting things up to rebuke all the interconnected groups that planted their anti-Christian agenda throughout government, the Church, education, and everything else they could gradually slither into.

Wait until you see Him let Saint Mike da Knife loose on the anti-Christian corrupters both inside and outside of the Church. It'll make the baptismal scene settling of accounts in "The Godfather" look like a little tiff at the local Chuckie Cheese.

And so I say to you, you are Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church, and the gates of the netherworld shall not prevail against it. I will give you the keys to the kingdom of heaven. Whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in he...aven; and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” (Mt 16: 17-19)

I see no command to take heed of what “bubbles up from the pews”See More

It is past time for the laity to implore the Vatican to deploy an entire monastic order to audit North American Catholic institutions. There needs to be at least an accounting of the variances, heterodoxies, and outright heresies that have infiltrated with intent to corrupt and destroy.

The audit of the non-cloistered nuns showed in no small part how destructive such practices can be, and how extensive they have become.

It shows how political the USCCB has become. I mean political in the most negative way. The majority of bishops are fearful of being exposed as either liberal or lukewarm.
