The pope should condemn Saddam first. The war would be unneccesary except for the acts of Saddam. That country was at war for 30 years...Where was the pope?

Did you try to find an answer to that question before you asked it? Or is that just a knee jerk response to any criticism of United States war policy?

And let's not go too deeply with Saddam - our thug that we supported in that war with Iran.
