I am not a religious person as such. I don’t go to church.
I don’t know the Bible that much but I feel in my heart that we are headed toward the final destination and God wants all his children to come unto him.
I don’t have any proof but this is just what I feel.
I’m the same, but I feel the opposite is true.
So come to God...and don’t foresake the gathering of the brethren, you’ll find strength and support with them in these trying days. If you feel in your heart God is calling his children, perhaps you need to come to terms with the fact that He is calling You personally as well....just say yes to the cross, yes to the blood spilled for you, yes to His resurrecting power!
Feelings are for liberals. Being grounded in the facts of the scriptures is for the Conservative mind. For instance why just feel like you are saved when scripture gives us the facts, direction, and certainty if we are or not. This is the one thing I’ve always held against some of the Pentecostal church, they travel on feelings and emotion. That is okay for them but I don’t need that in my life. (like a scene out of Elmer Gantry)
Standing on the side-lines is not an option.
Open that bible and find a church that is bible based.
God bless
2 Peter 3:9-11 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that ALL SHOULD COME TO REPENTANCE. But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness
So now is the time to repent...whether or not we are near the end
