The man who didn't get treatment
early enough for his prostate cancer may not be the system's fault as it surely implies he got treatment and maybe didn't take advantage of numerous free screening programs. The little sister also better look at the UK and Canada where many people routinely die of cancer because they didn't get treatment early enough solely because they had to wait in line for their government health care or were denied life saving treatment by the death panels.
I don't recall in Jesus' parable of the Good Samaritan that the Samaritan had to fill in government forms to give aid or was restricted by the government from paying for the victim's care himself.
