supposed to suffer for their art? What better form of suffering than decapitation?
Seems like he’s honest for a hollywood shmuck; the normal PC thing would be to not even bring it up or make some lame excuse. This stiff comes right out and calls a spade a spade.
Freegards
My brother saw 2012 earlier today and said it STUNK and reeked with PC...Said there were only 4 people in the theatre (word must be out)
I figured.
I thought about this. You're 100% correct. I let my anger get the better of me. I read the Bible and Jesus tells us that being mocked for our beliefs is in fact part of Christian life, and the way He explains it, it should be worn as a badge of honor, just as the disciples of old did.
@Walkingfeather - thanks for remind me of this.
I'll simply not pay to see movies like these.
I have been listening to a Bible teacher named Graham Cooke ( he has a few vids on youtube) One of the things he has taught is that, rest and peace is a weapon that the enemy can not counter. The enemy must get us to move out of peace in order to attack us.
I think that is why Jesus said to forgive those that have hurt you, pray and bless your enemies etc.” It isn’t that He just wanted to sound like Beaver Cleaver, Mr. Nice guy. It is because He knew how the enemy attacks us. He knows how we can find shelter in any situation where the enemy can not see us.
I think there are big laughs in the demonic world when Christians get caught up in the traps of bitterness anger and complaining the enemy has laid. Complaining and bitterness is the praise and worship heard in hell.
Looks like I predicted wrong. While it was quickly bumped out of the top slot by the "Twilight" sequel, it's done pretty well for itself.
“Part of me is irritated. Part of me thinks, if he had included The Kaaba in the destruction, how many in his audience would have known what it was and recognized the significance?”
Exactly. I couldn’t think of any “landmarks” in Muslim “civilization” that many people who actually go to movies would recognize. Of course, the Muzzies would put out a contract, er issue a fatwa against him, so, yeah, it’s not worth his time.
