Dr Williams appeared distressed when he said at the press conference, hosted by the Roman Catholic Church in Eccleston Square, that he had known nothing of the initiative until two weeks ago.

The Archbishop of Canterbury, Dr Rowan Williams, is a nut.

He's only too happy to surrender to the Muslims, but he seems to draw the line at Catholics.

Let's also not forget that the Church of England has not always been so charitable towards Catholics. The BBC in the past was always up at having a go at Irish Catholics.

The BBC toned down their Catholic bashing after PC insanity kicked in. Now the BBC just essentially thinks all whites are evil.

I am not promoting Catholicism either but Rowan Williams and liberal Anglican insanity made the Church of England irrelevant which is sad.
