The problem is: who gets to decide what it means to “go against the Scriptures”?
Let’s start with the Ten Commandments and go from there. Besides, the Bible is quite explicit when it comes to homosexuality. There should be no room for interpretation in that regard.
I believe they are speaking about homosexuality and how scripture (God) views that sin.
