Luke 10 alludes to Isaiah 14:12ff, so I don’t think his summation is as much of a stretch as some would make it. Jesus would not have spoken it in Greek even if it were written in Greek. He was speaking to a Hebrew audience and Hebrew was the language that He likely used or possibly Aramaic. When referring to Scripture, He likely used Hebrew (No NIV Translation given the sacredness of Jewish Scriptures).

The Nations are now entering into an opened scroll ,

Into things they do not know !

Behold the new forget the old ,

Look to the things not yet fullfilled that have been fortold ,

Forget your past and come to me ,

Come under My wings do not flee ,

For soon your DaySpring shall arrive !

Prepare your hearts for me , Come Abide !

Isaiah 46:9-13
9 Remember the former things, those of long ago;
I am God, and there is no other;
I am God, and there is none like me.
10 I make known the end from the beginning,
from ancient times, what is still to come.
I say: My purpose will stand,
and I will do all that I please.

11 From the east I summon a bird of prey;
from a far-off land, a man to fulfill my purpose.
What I have said, that will I bring about;
what I have planned, that will I do.

12 Listen to me, you stubborn-hearted,
you who are far from righteousness.

13 I am bringing my righteousness near,
it is not far away;
and my salvation will not be delayed.
I will grant salvation to Zion,
my splendor to Israel.

Obadiah 15

“The day of the LORD is near
for all nations.
As you have done, it will be done to you;
your deeds will return upon your own head.

Prophecy told is about to unfold ,
And mix the new with the old ,

A city forgotten old not new ,

Left in ruins , forsaken as I said I would do ,

Am I speaking in riddles or just telling what has already been told ?!

Things spoken in the past about to unfold !

A nation rejected and now soon removed .

A coming time unspooled ~ ~ ~ ~

Through an opening of a scroll !

My all seeing eyes , all seven told !

My Manifold Wisdom , My perfect WILL ,

Every Jot and Tittle from My Quill ,

Releasing , Creating all that shall be !

My Everlasting Majesty ! ! !

So Heed these Last Warnings and Come to your GOD !

For I AM about to reach out My Septor and touch down My ROD !

And all that is broken will be plain to see ,

But what comes together will be saved through its Unity !!!

So see My Bride’s time is coming do !

And Behold My Bride I AM Coming for you !

Jeremiah 4:5

Disaster From the North
5 “Announce in Judah and proclaim in Jerusalem and say:
‘Sound the trumpet throughout the land!’
Cry aloud and say:
‘Gather together!
Let us flee to the fortified cities!’

Isaiah 17
An Oracle Against Damascus
1 An oracle concerning Damascus:
“See, Damascus will no longer be a city
but will become a heap of ruins.

2 The cities of Aroer will be deserted
and left to flocks, which will lie down,
with no one to make them afraid.

3 The fortified city will disappear from Ephraim,
and royal power from Damascus;
the remnant of Aram will be
like the glory of the Israelites,”
declares the LORD Almighty.

4 “In that day the glory of Jacob will fade;
the fat of his body will waste away.

5 It will be as when a reaper gathers the standing grain
and harvests the grain with his arm—
as when a man gleans heads of grain
in the Valley of Rephaim.

6 Yet some gleanings will remain,
as when an olive tree is beaten,
leaving two or three olives on the topmost branches,
four or five on the fruitful boughs,”
declares the LORD, the God of Israel.

7 In that day men will look to their Maker
and turn their eyes to the Holy One of Israel.

8 They will not look to the altars,
the work of their hands,
and they will have no regard for the Asherah poles [a]
and the incense altars their fingers have made.

9 In that day their strong cities, which they left because of the Israelites, will be like places abandoned to thickets and undergrowth. And all will be desolation.

10 You have forgotten God your Savior;
you have not remembered the Rock, your fortress.
Therefore, though you set out the finest plants
and plant imported vines,

11 though on the day you set them out, you make them grow,
and on the morning when you plant them, you bring them to bud,
yet the harvest will be as nothing
in the day of disease and incurable pain.

12 Oh, the raging of many nations—
they rage like the raging sea!
Oh, the uproar of the peoples—
they roar like the roaring of great waters!

13 Although the peoples roar like the roar of surging waters,
when he rebukes them they flee far away,
driven before the wind like chaff on the hills,
like tumbleweed before a gale.

14 In the evening, sudden terror!
Before the morning, they are gone!
This is the portion of those who loot us,
the lot of those who plunder us.

Damascus ! Oh Damascus !

How I once loved you so ,

But now all you bring me is woe ,

For you have lost your love for me ,

and now scorn is all I see ,

So hasten not to cut me down ,

For now I AM about to remove your crown ,

For ages you once worshiped me ,

But now only bitterness and anger I see ,

So watch now oh ! Earth as I send fire down ,

And remove this thorn and take their crown .

Lamentations 4:5

Those who once ate delicacies
are destitute in the streets.
Those nurtured in purple
now lie on ash heaps.

“...For three transgressions of Damascus, and for four,
I will not turn away the punishment thereof...” Amos 1:3

4 But I will send a fire into the house of Hazael, which shall devour the palaces of Benhadad.I will break also the bar of Damascus, and cut off the inhabitant from the plain of Aven, 5 and him that holdeth the sceptre from the house of Eden: and the people of Syria shall go into captivity unto Kir, saith the LORD.

“The burden of Damascus. Behold, Damascus is taken away from being a city, and it shall be a ruinous heap ... And behold at eveningtide trouble; and before the morning he is not. This is the portion of them that spoil us, and the lot of them that rob us.” Isaiah 17:1,14

“Damascus is waxed feeble, and turneth herself to flee, and fear hath seized on her: anguish and sorrows have taken her, as a woman in travail. How is the city of praise not left, the city of my joy!” Jeremiah 49:24-25

"I don’t think his summation is as much of a stretch as some would make it."

The references he made in the video are an exact match in my Strong's Concordance.

Coincidence or not, it is remarkable.
