EXISTENCE is a state of being that one is physically born into. LIFE is a state of being that one is spiritually born into. A person does not need a saving relationship to God for EXISTENCE, but one does need a saving relationship for LIFE. How can I have such a real and right relationship? Because of God and His Word “which liveth and abideth forever” (1 PETER 1:23-25).

How does God feel about those of us who are totally ungrateful for our own existence and would have preferred to never be conceived in the first place?

I should clarify. What does God think about those who are ungrateful for life for the exact reasons and the exact way as in those passages but also doesn’t believe in the existence of God? Are they among those who will have “sorrows in this life and the next”?
The most despondent people I know are angry with God. They may claim that they don't believe in Him but thoughts of Him consume them night and day.

Almighty God has His TM in their hearts...and People know Almighty God is sovereign..that is why they usually blame Him for all the evils...but Almighty God has given all a freewill and the majority of people have gotten themselves into the mess that they are in by their own doings..The... Reap what you sow law, God is a great scape goat to those who reject His great love.
But I doubt that He would be harsher with someone like that then He is with those who believe in Him yet think their life is not worth living.
Most the time, no. I just have "living". But it is those other times that make it worth it.
It grieves Him greatly.. That is why He sent His Son!. That was not God’s purpose for you my friend! Almighty God has a great plan and purpose for all (including you) found in Jesus Christ (John 3:16), God’s remedy and solution for any imperfect human being is Jesus Christ, God’s Savior to imperfect humanity! Just believe Him and receive Him (John 1:12)!

Existence is the property of being, that is shared by both inanimate and animate objects.
Only animate objects partake in life.
Your statement makes the "spiritually unconverted" ontologically equivalent to rocks in a field.

Life = Eternal life - Eternity for ever and ever. A living relationship to the One who is the very essence of Life. (John 3:3-10)
Elijah is another who dealt with depression and feelings of worthlessness. God, rather then wash His hands of this ungrateful prophet, made sure he got fed and rested and the took him for a walking tour. This was capped off with a message of encouragement and the introduction of Elisha.
The day I started living was the day I got saved. Those who stubbornly refuse to be saved (even some of my family members) baffle me. I remember what my life was like prior to and afterwards, and I wouldn’t go back there for all the money in the world.
