SANGUINE TEMPERAMENT

One of the four classic temperaments, characterized by an easy cheerfulness and optimism, even under great difficulties. People with thei nature, however, have to be careful not to allow their sanguine outlook to ignore problens or fail to face up to reality.

MELANCHOLIC TEMPERAMENT

One of the four classic temperaments, characterized by reflectiveness and caution. Persons with this temperament prefer to be alone, are more easily dejected, and have to struggle with overcoming their natural tendency toward pessimism.
