In 4 Nephi it is the generalization that is important, not the historical fact.

Tragically, some ancient scribe presumptuously stripped them out and they had to be restored again in our day. (See JST, Gen. 50; 2 Ne. 3:5–24.)

HAVE YOU GOTTEN YOUR COPY OF THE DEAD SEA SCROLLS so you can study them for yourself?

BYU Will sell you a copy of the original so you can study them your self.

Both copies of the original scrolls, and copies of the translations.

I have plenty of access to DSS material without supporting mormonism. AFA mormonism not being afraid of the truth, why then do its leaders respond to TRUTH in the following manners:

If mormons are not afraid of the truth why did they excommunicate Grant Palmer for his book on mormonism's origions? If mormonism is not afraid - why do you still misrepresent the fact that your are polytheistic. Why hide the facts surrounding polygamy. Why hide the facts about the Mountain Meadows Massacre? Why hid the facts about Kirkland? Why did Young 'edit' Smith's mom's biography? Why did the contradictory versions of the first vision change over time.
