Father God, As I sit here typing this evening it is as if I can hear the light creaking of the clock hands as they pass from one minute to Midnight on to the Midnight Hour. We have seen so much change so fast, it is clear that something historic is taking place that will forever affect this nation. If we survive this change, I believe we will be a wiser, sadder, and financially poorer nation - but will understand the value of freedom. If we do not, then we will know that our abortions, murders, sexual deviancy, blasphemies have been justly rewarded and that Your grace and mercy towards this nation are at an end. We know, Lord, that one day all of the nations will indeed be judged. We also know we have squandered much as a nation that has been given perhaps more than any other nation in the history of the world - save Israel. Yet, when I read Your Word, I see that You yet have a remnant in Israel for Your glory. I pray that You have one in America as well.

Lord, I pray for Barack Obama. I pray for his salvation. I pray for his submission to Your Spirit. I pray for him to be the kind of leader that will help draw this nation back to You. Even as I type this, I know that pendulum can swing both ways. If it is Your will, I pray that contrary to everything that he ran on, Barack Obama will be a good President who will lift up Godly principles. This won't happen without a heart change. So, if it is within Your will, Lord, change his heart. If not, be with us through these troublesome times and give us strength and wisdom each passing day. We will certainly need it.

Go with us, Lord, the rest of this day. Be with those who are praying for Obama. Be with those who are not. Protect Free Republic and bless the Robinsons for this forum and the freedom to post on it.

We love You Lord, and pray for Your presence this day. For it is in the blessed and marvelous name of Christ Jesus my Lord that I pray these things. Amen.

Thank You Lord for showing us what will befall those who do not listen to You God. We only need to look back in history to understand.

I’ll not go that way, I’ll not accept prayers for for an obvious and complete dolt, I respect those that hope for the best, but a guy like me prepares for the worst.
Sure, I too pray that the president elect foregoes everything he aparantly belives in, and also at the same time, hopes (because I’m a realist at some level) that the former senator, from the most corrupt state of the union, gets caught up in every scandAL THAT EXISTS. And in the end I ‘hope’ that some folk ‘Change’ thier mind, based upuon truth, that I also hope, The compliant MSM report.

My disdain for this fool of a president elect knows NO BOUNDS, except for the fact that there were so many of the electorate that were fooled. I can’t hate a fool, I can only feel sorry for them.

I pray that the American people wake up. And soon.

Heavenly Father, Thank You for this another day. I pray that even now you would be raising up good men and women to run for office in 2012. Order their steps and uphold them. Open the eyes of the people, Lord, and turn their hearts to You. I pray the people would get out of their comfort zones and work to bring back true liberty in our nation.
At the same time, I pray for our new president. He will very soon be moving into the White House. I pray that as he and his family look around, they would come to understand the greatness of our nation. I pray all past hatred and disdain for the founding fathers, that they may have harbored, would melt away. Let a new desire to love and protect America replace any bitterness in their hearts. If there are Godly men and women on staff there, I pray they would have an influence for good on the Obama's. Like Joseph, Daniel and Esther, use your servants to help in time of trouble. Be with us this day. Help us all to do what we can where we live. In Jesus Holy Name

You Word says the prayers of a righteous man avail much, so we ask that you clothe us in righteousness for the sake of a nation so that we can accept Your desires for us and lift them up to You in prayer. Death and life are in the power of the tongue, so we speak life over this nation and its leaders.

I lift Barack Obama to You and ask that he be transformed into the spirit being that will go forth with Your anointing to lead this nation to light. Burn away all temptation of evil that dwells within, and bring forth the destiny that You placed in him when You purposed him. I lift him up in prayer not only out of obedience to You, but also because I recognize that he is Your workmanship.
