Good article. Beyond that, the heart and sole core values of America are hanging in the balance. If the SCOTUS chooses to play politics, rather than their job, which is supporting and enforcing the written law and the Constitution, then America, as a Constitutional Free Republic is finished.

This truly represents not only a general Constitutional crisis, but a real test to see if the complicit thugs of the DNC and the FEC (Federal Elections Commission) are going to represent the highest court in the land, or if the SCOTUS will still remain as such.

TRUTH AND THE LAW is what is at stake here. If we are not to be a nation of laws with a Constitution that sits at the top of the pyramid, as is to be supported and defended by all who serve it, then America is done.

What it will become, and is becoming, is beyond a worst dream.

>What it will become, and is becoming, is beyond a worst dream.<

If no one in Congress, SCOTUS or the WH has the desire to get to the bottom of this mess, it only means that government in general has become the enemy of all US citizens whether they voted for Obama or not.

The problem is that with the left's obvious control of the media, even conservatives fear doing anything at this point for what I have seen called a “technecality”
