Charisma Magazine Forum Refugee Click Here….

As some may know, Charisma Magazine shut down its forums a few days ago. I actually wondered just before they did it how they felt about having so much stuff there not in favour of Todd Bentley or the NAR stuff there - particularly bearing in mind their very pro NAR agenda - and then they shut the forum down!

Anyway, for those that do not yet know, Sheeple has a forum going that has some of the forum refugees meeting down there - http://www.sheepleblog.net/forum/index.php

FIVE COMMENTS:

1. Well, the forum seems to be back, but General is locked. I wonder how many charismamamamag regulars were banned?

Comment by NotAllThere | August 21, 2008

2. I don’t think I was banned, but there was at least one NAR person on there that needed major deliverance.

These people need to be “de-culted” now.

Comment by AriseMyLove | August 21, 2008

3. Charisma is a prosperity gospel adulteress.

Comment by nelda | August 21, 2008

4. Gosh. This seems to happen on a regular basis with the Charisma forums. Something happens, it gets too hot, the forum gets shut down, only to return later. Then the cycle repeats.

My suggestion to Charisma would be for them to let the chips fall where they may, because in this Internet day, it’s entirely possible to find out the stuff they’re trying to hide from their readership with a few clicks of the mouse.

5. Thank you Endtimes for posting the above link. It doesnt matter if they lock it or not, the truth will always get out.

Just thought that it was very interesting how Charisma Magazine may have changed its tune on Lakeland and, more importantly, the men and women who "coronated" Todd Bentley on June 23rd -- and the heat got so bad on their general forum discussion boards, the magazine had to shut it down.

For Charismatics, the phony Lakeland "outpouring" rife with false prophecies, drunken behavior and a pending divorce for Todd Bentley, has been a terribly divisive experience. Some say this is the End Time "winnowing" of the true and the false.

Whatever the case, Lee Grady and the Charisma staff took a lot of heat on their boards personally for highlighting members of the NAR (New Apostolic Reformation) of C Peter Wagner and Chuck Pierce and Cindy Jacobs and Rick Joyner and Bob Jones.

What Lakeland really uncovered was not the sin of Todd Bentley, but the unholy and actually antiChrist doctrines of the NAR. The foolish manner in which these people gave Bentley a coronation ceremony on June 23rd, backed by the false prophetic personas of Bob Jones and Paul Cain -- has been an blight on the whole Charismatic movement.

Charisma Magazine apparently does not know what to do with itself now that the "fruit" of this entire movement has come in with Bentley's fall from grace.

I've picked up bits and pieces on the internet which suggested that Wagner, Joyner et al and other members of NAR were in favor of closer relations with Rome. Is that true?

Would that be to what you are referring when you mention the "antiChrist doctrines of the NAR"?

Lots of different ways to be antiChrist. If these are, they'd be in a completely different way from the Reformational papacy==antichrist notion.

Got any references for that? These soi-disant apostolics strike me as a seriously whackadoodle bunch

The “Anti Christ” doctrines of the NAR are more along the lines that they believe they are a new “breed” of Super Apostles and Super Prophets who will be tasked in the End Times (i.e. now) with bringing new revelation to the sealed word of God.

They adhere to the heresies of William Branham’s “Manifest Sons of God” and “Latter Rain” and as Branham did, they believe in a false doctrine on the “Five Fold Ministry” that is this:

They believe that apostles and prophets have been “repressed” by the church through church history and now, God is raising them up to bring new prophetic leadership and apostleship to the church.

BIG problem with their theory is that their main prophets, the men who restarted Branham’s heresies in 1980 called the Kansas City Movement, which morphed into the Toronto Blessing, is that their prophets whom they called the Two End Time witnesses of the Bible, Bob Jones and Paul Cain, were both perverts and liars and none of their whack prophesies came true.

Despite their weird sexual failings (always molesting people during prayer sessions....!) these men were the two men who backed Todd Bentley initially during the Lakeland deception. Jones was even counseling Bentley up through the week of August 6th.

Rick Joyner, Bill Hamon, C Peter Wagner, Chuck Pierce, they all have a extra biblical and unbiblical ideas, but the bottom line is that they all have fed off the demonic presence of an angel called “Emma” who delivered the Branham teachings afresh to Bob Jones and Mike Bickle in Kansas City in 1980. This doctrine of demons and demonic presence, not unlike the “Angel Moroni” of the Mormons who delivered the extra biblical book of Mormon to Joseph Smith, came to Todd Bentley in 2000 and this “Emma” demon was responsible for the weird manifestations at the Lakeland “revival”...

I'll post a few other articles outlining Joyner and Hamon’s false beliefs. C Peter Wagner's false ideas about evangelizing through handsfree prayer walking instead of preaching the Word is also one of their biggest doctrinal errors. These men are so puffed up with their titles of Super “Apostles” and Prophets they could not “prophecy” or see the sin on Bentley when they laid hands on him. Shameful, whack and Anti Christ.

There are references to Joyner and Cain’s becoming Knights of Malta all over the internet. I am not up on all the Rome issues of the End Times, but Joyner et all seem to love the pomp and circumstance of “Apostolic Alignment Ceremonies”. Joyner lately has really gone off the deep end with numerology and celebrating pagan festival days.

These NAR members really have no choice but to go more “whack”. They worship a different Christ and different Gospel and their “prophetic” gifts are as the Bible says, actually demonic familiar spirits as per Deut. 13.

Dear MM,

Charismatics who actually try to think through things need to have a place to show up doctrines and belief systems.

So many of them are simply “tossed to and fro by every wind of doctrine” that we most of the time do not take the time to analyze and compare what is being taught — or manifested — by the Word.

That site is a place to do this. Had there been an internet or websites like this available around the time JimRob got going in the mid 90’s perhaps a lot of the hokum and non Biblical stuff would have been exposed; i.e. The Toronto Blessing which preceded Lakeland.

In any case, Rick Joyner’s involvement with the Catholic Church’s Knights of Malta has long been known. What has not been understood by the largely unschooled Charismatic movement is how insane Rick Joyner’s other theories and theologies are. He is a grand historical flag waver... knows his US history but always twists it into mythic Christian ideas. It is actually very scary, ala the fascist rise to power in the 20’s using nationalism as a cover.

What I mean by this is that, very similar to the Mormons, the NAR worships at the idol of “American Family Values” without regard for the Cross.

There is a distinction.

I hadn’t been on Charisma Forums for quite some time, and just found out the forum no longer exists! I had posted many messages there. Got started with the whole Lakeland and Todd Bentley mess ....

I was also on Sheeple Forums, which also no longer exists! I was really disappointed to find the Sheeple Forums gone. I had posted my story in five or six parts (before I backed up a copy on my hard drive), which is all gone now.
