How often, in the history of God's people, does an ideology come along that transforms a love for Jesus into a desire to see bad things happen to one's neighbor? Granted, dispensationalism is more passive than the Inquisition, or the witch burnings, which tormented the bodies of men in order to do their souls good. The dispensational program for world transformation is -- get the popcorn, pull up a lawn chair, and watch the train wreck.
