No, they are not charlatans. The real tragedy is they really believe their false social gospel and lead many astray.
I was listening to various clips of Hinn, Copeland and others yesterday on a show that was focusing on false teachers. It was almost hilarious if not so dangerous to hear the outright lies they were spewing.
Stuff like: we are all gods, Adam was a god and could fly and to the moon even, man( Adam ) kicked God off of the earth, Jesus went to hell after he died a physical and spiritual death, Paul was rich and paid bribes all over the ME, and the famous death curses on their detractors.

The thing is, the Bible, God’s Word, clearly refutes every liberal “social gospel” position,
from “he who will not work, nor shall he eat”
to “teach a man to fish”
to “thou shalt not covet”
and all people are sinners and should not be given more power over others than necessary, as it will cause them to sin more.
