The ACLU was seeking to have the decision suppressed so that it would not be used against them in future lawsuits.

The ACLU attempting to censor criticism. How interesting.....
I thought that court decisions were supposed to be part of the public record. Fourth amendment I think (someone please correct me if I am wrong).

Do you really think the ACLU read the 4th Ammendment?

Hell, they haven't even read any of the Constitution so why should the 4th bother them.

(that's sarcasm btw)
