Amen! ..... and good luck getting out that message. I do fundraising for my parish. Undergoing root canal therapy is more preferable for some folks to tossing $20 in the basket for necessary church repairs. I really don't get it ... it's their church. Here we have an opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of an ancient and beautiful liturgy. C'mon folks! They'll take $1 donations. How painful is that.
