In a couple different Episcopal churches in San Diego
the rectors have resigned from their church and most of
the congregations have gone with them. To be aligned with
the Anglican Province of America

"The congregation's claim on the property of St. Church is Luke's clearly illegal according to the canons of our diocese and the national Church and to the laws of the State of California. It is my pastoral and fiduciary duty to this diocese to protect its property rights, and we will pursue this matter."

S, isn't this Bruno fellow the guy who has already lost 2 or 3 times in California Courts on this very issue, or was it some other "bishop" in California?
