Yes, and conversely, the Lutherans and Anglicans (among others) have quite a few common beliefs with the Apostolic Churchs.
That's because we're Catholic liturgical churches that separated from Rome because of Protestant beliefs.
However, most of us don't want a reunion from Rome. Tonight I was talking to our District President (don't let the title fool you, he's a bishop in the apostolic succession) about the ELCA and its possible fracturing. He believes it was by God's grace that they chose correctly against condoning gay clergy. He noted individual Lutherans might become Catholic, not the denomination. I also noted that many Lutherans were formerly confirmed Catholics.
