Maybe that should turn to Jesus Christ and ask Him to send the Holy Spirit upon them. With the HS, all evils can be overcome, and they will no longer be slaves to depravity. It's high time that people quit worshipping the false idolatry of sex, and returned to the one true God. Following old fashioned rules will free them from all worry concerning AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases.

If I murder someone I deserve to be put in prison.

Why does the yuk factor of AIDS make any difference as to why one should "deserve" to get it or not if one's actions would inevitably result in that consequence?

In the sense that it was an inevitable consequence of his work with lepers, then yes. He knew the risks and he was prepared to take them. However, his actions were a noble self-sacrifice of laying his life down for others - his illness was not the result of a choice to sin.

Not necessarily, no. It would probably be more appropriate to say that we need our crosses more than we deserve them. However, don't we normally think of "crosses for us to bear" as things that are given to us rather than being things which we inflict on ourselves?

And you CAN tell them not to have sex. Up to this point, besides encouraging men to use condoms, the emphasis has been on educating women. I say it is time to focus on educating men about their responsibilities. More men need to take a firm stand on male responsibility and to denounce male promiscuity globally in a very loud voice. I'm sorry if I sound like I'm ranting, but I guess I am doing just that. It infuriates me that so many societies give males so much leeway when it comes to sexual issues. (I'm not ranting at you personally, btw...I hope that's obvious).

Delayed contact dermatitis from chemicals in rubber has been recognized since the 1930s.4 But except for rare early reports, clinicians did not appreciate systemic allergic reactions to latex proteins until 1979, when case reports began to appear in Europe. 5
Latex allergy erupted in the United States shortly after the Centers for Disease Control introduced universal precautions in 1987. By late 1992, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) received 1133 reports of serious allergic reactions and anaphylaxis occurring to patients and health care staff associated with 30 classes of latex medical devices. There were 15 patient deaths associated with latex barium enema catheters.5,6
The FDA estimated that the reports represented only 1% of actual occurrences.6
Today, researchers hypothesize that the latex allergy outbreak is the result of multiple factors including deficiencies in manufacturing processes, increased latex exposure, hand care practices, immunological cross reactivity, and changes in latex agricultural practices.1,7,8, 45
Latex allergy affects between 8%-12% of workers in all health disciplines. Latex allergy also affects up to 51% of children with spina bifida, and approximately 1% of the general population.

NFP involves not doing it. Onan did it but with the wrong outcome. If you really think the two are the same, you can't think straight. If, as I suspect, you knew they were different but wrote this to bait Catholics, you are a hypocrite because you were the one who wrote the fine speech about all divisions among Christians resulting from people not being honest in the way they argue their cases. Divisions arise because people use this sort of disingenous, insincere way of making their case.
Do Condoms Protect Against Small Viruses?
The use of condoms is widely recommended to prevent sexually transmitted diseases, including those caused by such viruses as herpes simplex, hepatitis B, and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).
The efficacy of condoms in these circumstances, however, is unknown. The water-leak test used to ensure the integrity of condoms can detect holes as small as 3 to 4 m in diameter, but sexually transmitted viruses are much smaller, with diameters of 0.04 to 0.15 m. A previous study demonstrated that about one third of condoms tested allowed penetration of HIV-sized polystyrene spheres.

HIV-positive and the prediction, stated or implied, that - "You will die of AIDS" is one of the great pieces of Medical Black Magic - Voodoo Medicine at its most impressive: people have committed suicide on the
basis of the ludicrous diagnosis.
Pregnant women who are HIV-positive have been told to stop breast-feeding, dosed with AZT, have had abortions or have been sterilised. HIV-positive
babies who become ill -from vaccination or whatever - are automatically diagnosed as "suffering from AIDS".

New Labour "Health" have now announced that all pregnant women in the UK will be "offered" a HIV test. Those who fall for the scam and who are diagnosed as "HIV positive" will be given the chance to have themselves and their unborn child permanently damaged by AZT etc. Pregnancy, itself, can cause a positive diagnosis.
AZT began as a "cancer drug" but was withdrawn for being too toxic: like being thrown out of the Gestapo for cruelty. Its effects include - cancer, hepatitis, dementia, seizures, anxiety, impotence, leukopaenia, , severe
nausea, ataxia, etc. and the termination of DNA synthesis. i.e. AIDS/death by prescription. AZT eventually kills all those who continue to take it.

more billions pouring in for the drug boys, vivisectors, animal breeders and the rest. The latest stunt is to give a "cocktail" of drugs - including AZT, of course, and at £12,000 per head, per year - to all homosexual men who are "HIV-positive".
A particularly good scam is to haul into court someone "guilty of deliberately infecting the victim with the 'HIV-Virus which causes AIDS' " which then develops into "full-blown AIDS" - no mention of vaccine,
antibiotic damage etc or full-blown AZT. Over 2000 - and rising, of the world's scientists are now disputing the HIV hoax, their efforts being continually suppressed by the AIDS establishment, the pharmaceutical/vivisection syndicate and their political and media lackeys

BOSTON, Feb. 23 -- Abstinence and sexual fidelity have played virtually no role in the much-heralded decline of AIDS rates in the most closely
studied region of Uganda, two researchers told a gathering of AIDS scientists here.
It is the deaths of previously infected people, not dramatic change in human behavior, that is the main engine behind the ebbing of the overall rate,
or prevalence, of AIDS in southern Uganda over the last decade, they reported.
The findings, not yet published, contradict earlier evidence that attributed Uganda's success in AIDS prevention largely to campaigns promoting
abstinence and faithfulness to sex partners. Much of the prevention work in the Bush administration's $15 billion global AIDS plan is built around those two themes, and Uganda is frequently cited as evidence that the strategy
works.
If the report here stands up to scrutiny -- and, more important, is borne out by surveys elsewhere in Uganda -- it will deflate one of the few supposed triumphs to come out of AIDS-battered Africa in the last decade.
The success of Uganda's ABC strategy -- the letters stand for "abstinence," "be faithful" and "(use) condoms" -- has been widely touted and is on the verge of being exported to neighboring countries with the help of American money.

A UK funded trial aimed at reducing the spread of Aids in Uganda by modifying sexual behaviour appears to have had little discernible effect.
The trial, carried out on around 15,000 people in the Masaka region, involved distributing condoms, treating around 12,000 victims of sexually transmitted diseases and counselling.
However, while the trial led to a marked change in sexual behavioural patterns, with the proportion reporting causal sexual partners falling from around 35 per cent to 15 per cent, there was no noticeable fall in the number of new cases of HIV infection, although there was a significant reduction in sexually transmitted diseases such as syphilis and gonorrhoea.
The trial results, which were reported in the British medical journal The Lancet, have already aroused some controversy.
The team leader of the trial, Dr Anatoli Kamalai, acknowledged that there was "no measurable reduction" in HIV incidence with "no hint of even a small effect."

More women have to demand it, too. One of the contributing factors in the spread of AIDS is that women sleep with men who they know have multiple partners and who have no intention of changing their behavior. And the men have no incentive to change - the old saying, "why buy the cow when the milk is free" unfortunately applies here.
Granted, it would be nice to think that a bit of moral teaching would get through and men would have a somewhat more elevated reason for not having a different woman every night. But simply having women who will say no will also work.The problem is that women no longer feel they can say "no," because it's not cool and because the men will just move on to one of the many other women who will say yes.

Every study in Africa has shown NO connection between so called 'AIDS' and sexual activity.

Can I ask you exactly why you posted this? You didn't offer an opinion with the post and I'm curious.
My reason for posting is simple.
Eighteen million Americans now suffer (and die) from latex reactions, LIDS and all the associated cancers.
While so called 'AIDS' gets all the headlines this is hardly reported and in the words of the FDA, "under 1% of deaths are even reported".
This is insanity.

Carcinogens present in almost all latex products

It is not widely known through the regular consumer channels that the vast majority if not all latex products are manufactured in a method that adds nitrosamines to the product. Nitrosamines are widely known to be carinogenic in nature.
The latex industry has known that there are nitrosamines present in their products, but have never warned their customers.
Additionally, there is now available methods to manufacturing latex gloves, condoms etc. that is free of nitrosamines. This process is economical and ready to be implemented.
The latex product industry has never been proactive in their research and development to protect their customers from harm.
Is there anybody that has more information on the legal consequences of such negligence? Are there any medical studies that have examined whether there is a causal relationship between the increase cases of cervical caner and the increased usage of condoms? Has there been any other studies about links between the nitrosamines and any other type of cancer?
If anyone can assist me with answers to these questions I would greatly appreciate it.

Potent Carcinogen found in Most Condoms
Recent study has discovered the presence of a very potent carcinogen in most condoms. Small amounts of this chemical are released whenever condoms are used.
Nobody knows whether this is serious yet however it is not likely to be healthy to expose the reproductive organs to cancer-causing substances on a regular basis.
This is a potentially serious issue for much of the world's population that cannot afford or access other forms of birth control. I hope further studies will follow on this soon. Could this be related to the rise in cancer in women, and men as well?

Yes and no. It has been reported but on some back page. The Networks have not given it any coverage.
The evidence that condoms are the sole cause of the massive rise in testicular, anal, ovarian and other similar cancers is overwhelming but it gets no exposure.
Condoms are politically correct, the truth is not.
