To: Quix

Tell me, why would God shake and roar over the murder of Terri and not shake and roar over the deaths of countless Christians in Sudan? Are their lives worth less than hers? Or is somebody trying to use God's name to push the Schiavo murder further for their own reasons?

Actually, I think all such actions by evil people and forces have been adding up at an increasing rate. There have been many messages from The Lord to such effects about many such horrors.

Therer is, though, some interesting political aspects to Terri's case that kind of highlights the depths which lofty political powers have sunk to.

Because in Terri's case there has been a pretense of legitimacy. It is one thing when innocents die in a war, quite another when the state had an uncontested obligation to protect life and instead assisted the murderer, while continuing to assert that the murder was a manifestation of a rule of law.
