I see even ads using "Heaven" as a feature in their ad--and I cringe.

People don't have a clue.

We have truly lost the reverential fear of Almighty God in our culture.

Was it Johnathan Edwards who preached the famous sermon about falling into the hands of an Angry God Almighty?

I know. I've seen the ads that humorously portray heaven, hell, and God. Some are in good taste, but still, they cheapen the concept of God and religious beliefs.

On another thread, dealing with credit card companies and the new bankruptcy law, someone quoted passages from the bible concerning usury. While not in the same league as legalized murder, this is another important milestone in this country's slide into complete godlessness.
