Individual priests were guilty of serious crimes - but in the case of Croatia the worst offenders were publicly excommunicated by the Pope. The Pope's emissary intervened in Croatia to attempt to stop the misconduct. That he was only partially successful does not place blame upon him, but upon the renegade priests who perpetrated the killings.
The lie that the Pope helped Nazis escape to Argentina was thoroughly debunked earlier this week. The only "evidence" is a tinfoil hat conspiracy book which is itself based on a work of fiction, The Odessa Files by Frederick Forsythe. The supposed O.D.E.S.S.A. probably did not exist and certainly did not involve the Vatican.

I wish you were right. Unfortunatelly, it is not "ODESSA FILE" as you think, it is reams of files in Federal possession.
NARA has boxes and boxes of documents accessible to public. The Army Investigatory Records Repository contains a file on the USTASHA, and it still classified.
Read some of it.
