The anchor cross is also a good one. Unfortunately, the fish symbol is to well known.

The cup and wafer, or bread and wine, was also used to symbolize communion.

I think that Christians, when confronted with such secular bigotry and have their symbols rejected, should respond with displaying these types of lesser known symbols that the secular opposition cannot assert is inherently Christian, and we know the meaning when we see it.

There are many ways to skin a cat, I guess, no?
