Satan's lie to the un-believer:
You cannot become a christian... your sins are too great

Satan's lie to the newly born again christian:
You didn't really become a christian because you still sin

Satan's lie to the mature christian:
You can lose your salvation if you fall away

False teachings have their designed consequence.
The consequence of this one is guilt (because we cannot escape our own sin)
Guilt will result in either a response of pride - "I have not fallen away" or a response of fear - "I have lost my salvation."
Either way, the end result is a disabled christian.

I understand your perspective.

I don't believe the last one included the WHOLE COUNSEL OF THE WHOLE of Scripture.

I believe it's much tougher to walk or slip away from God than many might think. But I believe that Scripture teaches that it's possible. I don't care to argue over specific Scriptures. There are plenty on both side. Pretending there is only one side, is not Biblical, nor intellectually honest, to me.
