For those of you who are in doubt of the authenticity of this man's Catholicism and holy orders I believe your best bet would be to contact him directly.
I am sure he would be glad to answer any question you may have for him. His contact email address is at the top right of this page:

It seems there are pictures of him as a priest, so he's probably authentic.
It's rather pathetic that he could study St. Thomas for so long and yet not understand Catholic theology at all.
That is not a valid authentication of this BS article. Are we really to believe someone who took the time to contrive this could not also contrive some e-mail responses too?
You're a disgrace to screennames beginning with Petron...
Well, I never emailed Mr. Bennett as suggested by PMax, Bennett explains himself in his website.

For seven years as an outreach of the Beacon, Richard Bennett had regularly trained and led a Friday evening door-to-door evangelism outreach in Northeast Portland. Rather than inviting people to church, the outreach single-mindedly concentrated on presenting the Gospel. The teams were composed of both Hispanic speaking and English speaking men, so the Gospel was presented in English and Spanish. The men, who went out in teams of two, found that among the people whom they meet there is much interest in the Bible and in the Gospel. Richard is currently involved in similar work in Austin TX.
Richard taught Catholicism in Biblical Light for ten years at a Bible College in Portland, Oregon. In it, he taught the Gospel and how to witness effectively to Roman Catholics and others. Men from the class were invited to participate in the door-to-door outreach.
Richard presents seminars to Church groups, Sunday School classes, Bible study groups, etc. His purpose is to show Bible believers from official documents of the Roman Church what Catholics really believe, and how to reach Catholics with the Gospel. As someone who spent forty-eight years of his life in Catholicism and having by the grace and mercy of Holy God been released from it to Biblical faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, he has a great deal of compassion for those trapped in darkness. He is well able to show the official Catholic position on Biblical issues and also able to explain how that teaching is lived out in the daily life of a Catholic. Thus he is able to answer both the doctrinal questions and the practical questions that anyone has.
Richard has produced some tracts aimed at evangelizing Catholics. These include What Every Good Catholic Should Know (English and Spanish).
