Interestingly enough Californias problems began 5 years ago before the Bush Administration was in office. Arnold will inherit almost as much chaos as George Bush has.

This is really, really bad for the Dims. Losing the biggest state in the Union, a Blue state, by a landslide despite a large registration advantage. This is a really bad way for them to enter a presidential election cycle. No good way to spin it.
