Yes, I agree with your summarization....if readers would like a good read on how the NFL team owners are being strong-armed to interview black coaching candidates, the National Review has an excellent, excellent article about the strategies and methods of Johnnie Cochran, Jesse Jackson and others who are bullying and threatening to sue NFL owners if they don't hire black coaches....a must read!
