Please pray for a 7 yr old with Leukemia

I would like to ask for prayer for Jacquelyn. She's 7 yrs old and was diagnosed with luekemia in late June. The prognosis isn't that great, the doctors give her no more than a 50/50 chance to survive. She has been taking chemotherapy treatments every other week and has been a trooper and so brave.

She is supposed to be having another treatment this week but she can't because she is too sick. She has a blood fungus and some kind of infection and she's in extreme pain. They have her on morphine. I'm just so concerned about her. She's such a beautiful little girl, so full of life and personality and I know she's in God's hands but we all love her so much we want her here with us.

My daughter-in-law said that she teared up in front of her the other and Jacquelyn hugged her and told her don't worry I'll be okay. Saturday, they let my grandchildren see her and they read her a book but she's been too sick most of the time to have any visitors except her parents.

I ask everyone I see to pray for her and I know how faithful so many of you are and I'd like you to add your prayers.

I wish I had a picture of her, you'd all fall in love with her immediately.

Oh yes. Our Father can indeed perform miracles. And I stand with you on your request.

Father, I love You. Forgive my sins, and what a bunch of them I have accumulated, and guide me today. Hear my prayer for this little seven year old who suffers so, and embrace her and her family, calming, comforting and healing all of them with your incredible power. I stand with those who are praying for this little one and want to Thank You for hearing our prayers. This world needs You so much Father, there is so much hurt and evil, thank You for Your amazing steadfastness and awesome gifts, You are our rock, our hope and our life. Without You, nothing has meaning. Thank You, Father, forever, and ever, and ever. Amen.

Praying for Jacquelyn.

Behold, children are a blessing from the Lord. The fruit of the womb is a reward. Like the arrows in the hand of a warrior, so are the children of one's youth. Happy is the man who has his quiver full of them. --Psalm 127:3-5

I just read the post about your cousin and the baby not knowing her parents. Oh, how sad.

The husband probably did think that was best. But it doesn't make it any easier, I'm sure, on the grandparents. That baby was their baby's baby. Life can be so sad.

Yes. You are right....life can be sad. :(

I hope Ryan is well today! I hope each day he endures a little less pain until finally it is gone altogether. It's most sad when the little kids have such heavy burdens to deal with in their lives. I am glad he has you in his corner.

Jacquelyn is not doing very well. The inflamation is very large and she is in excruciating pain and there has been no improvement yet. Please pray hard.

I can't imagine what her parents are going through. Not to mention poor little Jacquelyn. Heartfelt prayers for all of them.
