Delegate Robert G. Marshall, who last spring denounced James Madison University's "SexFest 2003," is now demanding answers from another state school: Virginia Tech.

Mr. Marshall said Virginia Tech misused taxpayer funds last week when school officials allowed Virginia Tech TV to tape on campus a "Sex Talk Live" show during which students discussed sex.

No wonder the US has to import intelligent minds from India and China.

Y'know, college students are always going to push the envelope and try to get their elders' goats. Seems like it works pretty well, here.

It all sounds like a tempest in a teapot to me, not worth anyone's time or attention. The people putting on the health fair used a racy name to get the kiddies to come. OK. So, there was a demonstration of putting on a safe. I mean really. There must be some evidence people weren't getting it right. OK? College students are going to have sex, well, some of them will, anyway. This is news to anyone? If you want to minimize it, you send your daughter to a conservative religous college. OK.

I think the problem is that they plan to air it over local TV

You channel changer doesn't work? My guess is there won't be much of an audience unless everyone tunes in to tut-tut.

BTW, I'm not advocating sin here, I just don't think we should be "shocked, shocked" and get our panties in a twist. Sometimes, the kiddies are best ignored when they want to be procative. It's like little children's tantrums for attention. Walk away and let them cry all they want. When they're ready to talk rationally, be available.

'...inhibits ovulation, implantation and fertilization of the woman's egg.'

What an oily sentence fragment! It would be interesting to see such a writer attempt to ontologically describe the nature of the being who is killed by inhibition of implantation.

Cordially,

Come to NYC sometime. We are celebrating 20 years of free hard core pornography on public access TV...
