Cruz isn't the only Bustamante who enjoys taking the stage for the Left and La Raza (scroll down). More here and here. (warning -- not job safe or after-lunch safe). Remember, as Cruz says, acceptance, not tolerance. And he clearly knows of which he speaks. A lot of people in a lot of families I'm sure have sympathy for Cruz.

Perhaps Bustamonte is not responsible for what his sister, Nao Bustamonte does or says (I'm willing to give him a break on this)-----but shouldn't he at least condemn and distance himself from performances by her such as "off her infamous 1992 work "Indigurrito" in which she [censored by poster] . . . . and called for white men to come up on stage, take a bite out of the burrito and absolve themselves of 500 years of the white man's guilt." If that is to be taken as legitimate political commentary, then why shouldn't he dissassociate himself from the idea that there is a need for absolution for "white man's guilt."

Performance artist is just another way to say total idiot. It doesn't matter if they are white, brown, black or beige any performance artist is: (1) A total loser, (2) Can't get a real job, (3) Prove that there is art and there is entertainment and never shall they meet, (4) Some of the ugliest people on the face of the earth.
