ACLU's serious flaws overlooked by 9th Circuit; conflict of interest revealed

Posted on 09/17/2003 4:02:35 PM PDT by CyberGringa

Analysis of the Opinion by the three-judge panel done by Eric Leonard of KFI. He dug into the facts and made some amazing discoveries.

Also, there is a total conflict of interest -- the "study" "proving" the errors of punch cards upon which the ACLU based their "facts" was funded by the major maker of electronic voting machines.

Major flaws in the stats provided by the ACLU were totally ignored by the judges, plus the judges added into their opinion stuff that was not even being pleaded!

Go see it and listen: http://www.theterryandersonshow.com/

This information needs to be gotten out to all the citizens of California ASAP!

Want to tell lots of people about this? Go here:

Ignorance Making You Ill? Cure It!

for links, tools, & instructions about how to contact a pile of different people, and how to send a link to this story right here ( or anywhere else ) to a "mass email" using Outlook Express.

Do be advised that since I increased my volume of mass emails to letters to editors I have gotten return volleys of virus attacks- my ISP filters them out before the get to my PC, but if yours does not, take appropriate precautions to guard your PC.

I take this as a positive- my emails are simply links with no editorial content; so the other side must fear & loath the information even reaching the public.

Want to strike back at the malicious & childish clowns who send spam and viruses? Look here:

... for online traceroutes and other help, so you can email all the ISP's in the chain that propagated the garbage, and let them investigate.

According to Brit Hume's program on Wednesday, some of the other types of voting machines have higher error rates than the punch-card type the Ninth Circus is upset about.
