Hopefully you're correct, but some of the areas it's heading for are already experiencing flooding problems, so even if the wind keeps diminishing, it could be a problem.

We got 4-1/2 inches of rain within a few hours from Tropical Storm Henri a week or 2 ago, and we weren't really in one of the areas that was expected to.
