Have these poor, helpless minorities EVER voted using any OTHER system than punchcards? I haven't in my entire life of voting, but then again I have pale, glowing fingers, apparently enabling me to punch the chads with ease.

Why is this an issue now?

This system has been in place for years.

I believe it's only leftist minorities that have trouble with the voting system.

If they make the disenfranchised minorities use high tech voting, won't they just be throwing them into the dreaded Digital Divide?

I'm originally from St. Louis, in a nice suburban neighboorhood, and we've always used punchcards.

It wasn't that hard to figure out at 18 WHEN I VOTED FOR THE FIRST TIME!!! It got easier as I voted -- imagine that!
