So 2,000,000 Californians who signed the petitions to recall Davis are now being disenfranchised by the ACLU and the 9th Circuit Court.

The ACLU signed off on requiring the punch card ballots to be replaced in time for the 2004 Presidential Election.
Now they want their agreement take effect before their agreed legal deadline because one of their hero's might lose power.
