It's outrageous that recall proponents didn't have the emergency appeal immediately ready within an hour of this Ninth Circus decision... clearly they should have expected the worst and planned accordingly.

Reinhardt wasn't on the Ninth Circus panel that issued the per curiam opinion. But Paez was.

Yep. Although I don't listen to him much anymore since he's changed stations and air times, I used to listen to old George Putnam's radio talk show most days while at lunch. He never failed to miss an opportunity to remind his listeners of that fact.

I didn't either. Doesn't suprise me since Reinhardt is the worst of all of them.
