Did anyone here ever doubt that the 9th Circuit would try to stop/delay the recall?
Yes, I am on record that I expected the Ninth Circuit to say yes to the election, to prevent itself from being embarrassed one more time by being slapped down by the Supreme Court. Now, it is time for another dose of embarrassment. Spread the shame with a trowel, this time.
