Gay Day in Philadelphia last month was disgusting, but not exactly surprising. But in Texas? Is this Mike Cramer dude - President of Operations with the Texas Rangers - completely brain-dead? Did he not expect any backlash in the Lone Star State? What a absolute moron.
As if watching their impotent baseball team - aside from Rafael Palmiero, of course ;) - wasn't bad enough, now the team has to go the extra mile to drive away the fans? Unbeliveable. The Rangers win the "Worst Franchise in Professional Sports Award," hands down.
I'd call up those yahoos and tell them that I'll keep my season tickets only if two conditions are met: 1) They apologize profusely and publicly for planning this Pervert/Faggot Day, and cancel it immediately; 2) Trade A-Rod (dumping his $180+ million contract in the process) and start rebuilding with pitching and defense, the cornerstones of any good team.
I totally agree with you. This is disgusting, It's unbelievable that it could happen in TX of all places. This guy IS a total moron.
1) They apologize profusely and publicly for planning this Pervert/Faggot Day, and cancel it immediately;
Sounds good to me.
2) Trade A-Rod (dumping his $180+ million contract in the process)
Troll ;)
Scripter will be off line until next week. I've agreed to help him out by running his homosexual agenda ping list.

ProtestGayDay.com and the Texas Rangers We are receiving a lot of emails about us protesting the Rangers. I need to be clear about what we are doing. We are protesting both the homosexuals and the Texas Rangers. We are protesting the homosexuals for using a family institution such as baseball, the Texas Rangers and our Ballpark in Arlington to legitimize their perverted lifestyles. The homosexuals ARE NOT simply going out to watch a baseball game with their buddies. They are going to push their perverted homosexual agendas in an effort to gain some sort of normalcy to their kind. They want you and your children to see them and accept them as normal. God did not make man to have sex with another man, nor a woman with another woman ...

Click Here to Sign Our PetitionWe do not want gays & lesbians taking advantage of a family institution such as the Texas Rangers and the Ballpark in Arlington to legitimize their perverted lifestyle. The laws against sodomy had been in place for over 200 years with good reason. We disagree with the United States Supreme Court for repealing the sodomy laws that were set up by the founding fathers of this, once great, nation. Sodomy is a sin and a perversion of what God intended for bodies. For these reasons, all family organizations have a responsibility to protect our innocent youth against the gay & lesbian agenda. We do not want our children exposed to this perversion.
Please let me know if you want ON or OFF my Texas ping list!. . .don't be shy.
No, you don't HAVE to be a Texan to get on this list!
Full Texas Ping List
hehe ! Thanks for the heads up.
This was hashed out on WBAP-820 on Mark Davis' show over a month ago.
The fact is, there is no gay day at the Ballpark in Arlington!
A group of gays wanted to purchase group tickets, and the Rangers' sold them to the group.
That's all.
There is no organized effort to promote gays by the Texas Rangers. None.
Cramer told Davis that the Rangers will have no comment on anything in connection with any group sales. They don't discriminate in who they sell tickets to.
Rick Warden is targeting the Rangers unfairly, IMO, but, like many here on FR, he lives for any opportunity to bash gays.
;-)
I'm with you on this one. Texas? "Gay Day" at a ballpark in Texas? Is this a sign of the apocolypse?
Now, Ron! ... don't these folks look SOOoooo happy together ?? (snicker! snicker!) ...barf alert!
