I've had one for over 40 years. But it's not on my head.

I've seen this kind of thing in a (paper) medical dictionary a few years back but can't remember the name.

I believe RIPLEY'S BELIEVE IT OR NOT featured one many years ago and a novel about Africa also featured one. I think the novel was called UHURU or something like that.

This particular fellow was a Chinese farmer discovered by Robert Ripley of "Believe It Or Not" fame. Known as Wang, the farmer was normal in every respect except that he had a fourteen inch horn growing from the back of his head. For this reason, Wang was also known as "The Human Unicorn."

That's funny, 'cause I heard of a guy named Horn, who supposedly has a wang that...uh, forget it.

There have been no videos made of me and/or my horn which is why I'll never be elected Governor of California.

Thank ye! I may run the California Marathon in Sacramento, instead. That way my wife and all my kids (and my grandchild) can all be there to cheer me on (and massage my legs after I cross the finish line).

That's a cutaneous horn, in this case a giant one. And it doesn't just occur on the head, friends. It's highly recommended to have it biopsied and removed,
