Thank you

I am looking forward to the series. When I was a little girl my best friend was Junie. Her family came from China and they owned the grocery store in front of our house on Main Street. I remember watching old Charlie Chan movies with Junie and her big sister May. Her big brother reminded me of # One Son.

Perhaps my letter helped a tiny bit toward helping FOX to change its mind and run the series.

WOW, what happened? Did our letters help? I certainly sent one.

I love those old Charlie Chan movies. First of all I love anything set in California during the 30s-40s, I can't put into words why, I just do. Also, I discovered him after my Grandmother turned me onto Perry Mason (still my #1 favorite TV show of all time) and Agatha Christie. But Charlie Chan was my own discovery. I used to watch them on Saturdays after the cartoons were over. My brothers were too little to be interested, so it was my own little amusement and made me feel very grown up.

Great news!

Thanks for the post.

Now maybe all those who wrote/called FOX should send in their thanks. Perhaps the letters and calls had nothing to do with it (kinda doubtful) but it wouldn't hurt to pat 'em on the head.
