I've seen this on TV no less and thought, wow...we've come a long way, baby. Now women are free at last to be used as tables. Just curious. Would this be easier if she were lying on her stomach? I would think the food could stay in place longer that way.

They tried that but someone made a mistake and thought they were serving small Baby Ruths as dessert. They weren't but gee, she had been laying there for 3 hours....
