Free speech? Bomb threats, even indirect, are not and never have been covered by free speech rights and you all know that.

Could you please tell us where we can get one of those "dirty bombs" that "eliminates" only liberals and leaves everyone else standing.

I don't know where you live, but I guarantee you that if I threatened you--I'm not--this is hypothetical--my posts would be pulled and I would be banned, because it's against the site rules here to threaten violence. The fact that I don't know where you live and therefore absolutely couldn't make a threat good wouldn't have anything to do with the consequence. Do you see what I'm saying? Free speech always has limits. They aren't always as clearly defined as they are on FR, but Duncan has definitely overstepped them and unless he can wiggle out like a Clinton he WILL pay for it.

Unfortunately, so will all Republicans.
