And in the same BREATH these were mentioned??? Eh... it's not hard. It all depends on two things: The meaning of the term "health care," and what you're willing to give up to achieve it.
What he's not saying is that he plans to cut the military budget by 90 percent and issue everyone in the U.S. a ten-percent off coupon for the local pharmacy, and one complementary box of Band-Aids.

Of course you can have both. Dean also plans for a 25% "Healthcare Tax" to be duducted from your payroll and 401k and IRS savings plus raising the income tax rate to 50% for everone who makes more than $40,000 as a couple and 99% for everone who makes more than $150,000 a year.
See? Balanced! Now, that didn't hurt at all, did it?
