A greater percentage of perps incarcerated should lead to a lower crime rate. Probably this math is too much for the average lefty.

Could it possibly be that the drop in crime rate is because of the number of people in prison?

If I read the article correctly, one reason is the mandatory sentencing.  People
are not getting out as quickly, driving up the incarceration totals.  Can you imagine
how much worse it would be without abortion?

Would someone explain to me why illegal aliens convicted of a crime are not deported? A series answer would be appreciated. Is there some law on the books that prevents us from deporting them? Thanks in advance.
